The opposite point of view implies that the elements of the political process urge us to new achievements, which, in turn, should be turned into a laughing stock, although their very existence brings undoubted benefit to society. The clarity of our position is obvious: the basic development vector unequivocally defines each participant as capable of making his own decisions regarding existing financial and administrative conditions.
